Electrical Controls / Automation Engineer - Alliance, OH - JOB 26-00608

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 Full-time Permanent Position with Benefits

A well established and growing original equipment manufacturer located in the Alliance, Ohio area is seeking an Electrical Controls / Automation Engineer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
• Develop and test control software for PC, Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC based systems
• Must have experience with programmable logic controllers.
• Must have strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Must be very detailed oriented.
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD.
• Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Must be willing to travel as needed.

Duties:

• Define and implement solutions for project system requirements and develop system specifications for industrial drive and automation systems.
• Recommend changes to unit and integration test plan elements as necessary.
• Manage project cost budget.
• Must be able to work at heights.
• Perform network connectivity troubleshooting.
