Account Executive – Infusion Therapy Services

Location: Anywhere in Michigan (Must cover West Michigan: Lansing, Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo)

Compensation: $70,000–$100,000 base + commission | 3-6 Month Guarantee

ABOUT THE ROLE

A rapidly growing infusion therapy provider seeks a driven Account Executive to manage a Southeast Michigan territory. You'll drive new patient starts, build provider relationships, and grow accounts across Neurology, GI, Immunology, Dermatology, and Rheumatology clinics. Field-based, commission-heavy role for quota-crushing hunters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop new business and manage existing infusion therapy accounts in your territory
• Drive new patient starts across specialty clinics (focus on IVIG)
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians and clinic administrators
• Deliver sales presentations and territory expansion strategy
• Meet or exceed monthly/annual sales goals
• Manage territory with CRM proficiency and sales discipline

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Proven B2B Sales Success (MUST HAVE)
5+ years of B2B sales experience (any industry: ADP, Cintas, pharma, medical device). Cold prospecting or territory hunting required. Must provide specific metrics: revenue growth %, quota attainment, new customer acquisition numbers. Red Flag: If you can't articulate sales wins with numbers, we pass.

Nursing/Healthcare Background (MUST HAVE)
RN, LPN, or healthcare clinical experience (nursing assistant, home health, hospice accepted). Prefer someone who transitioned from nursing/patient-care INTO sales. Brings clinical credibility to provider conversations.

Competitive, Achievement-Driven (STRONG PREFERENCE)
College athlete, founded a club/organization, or built something meaningful in a prior role. If you have #1 and #2 solidly, this is negotiable.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years B2B sales experience (healthcare sales is a bonus, not required)
• Proven quota achievement with documented metrics
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
• Willing to cover West Michigan territory

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• RN/LPN who moved into B2B sales with proven quota success
• Hospice/home health rep ready to scale into territory account management
• College athlete with 5+ years crushing quotas at ADP/Cintas/pharma
• Proven B2B hunter + nursing background (we'll teach you infusion specifics)

COMPENSATION

• Base: $70,000–$100,000 (flexible based on experience)
• Commission: Driven by new patient starts (IVIG: $1,000/patient)
• Car allowance + expense account (travel, hotels)
