Responsibilities :
- Ensurescompliance with Corporate andBGHSE objectives and requirements.
- Ensuresparts are produced according to customer specifications and requirements.
- Takespart in the implementation of the plant progress plan encouraging staff involvement, through the implementationof specific follow-up activities.
- Leadsa daily production meeting, adjust the resources according to the changes, implementsand makessure of the efficiency of the corrective actions.
- Participatesin the monthly meetings of his/her production unit, definesthe plans forshort and medium termorganization including new product launch.
- Managesthe assemblyarea internal organization.
- Managesthe team (organization,objectives, discipline andmindset, people development) according to department and projects requirements.
- Isrequiredtomaintaina high levelof maintenanceand cleanliness in the assemblyarea.
- Proposesthe operating budget and then deliver the agreed budget.
- Providesappropriate supportonnew programsdevelopment in relation with Program development team.
- Putsin place visual management.
- Participatesin the teamselectionand development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Engineering Degree level education.
- Industrial or MechanicalEngineer wouldbe a plus
- Knowledge of quality, supply chain/flows management best practices.
- Good command of English.
- Experience: minimum 5 years.
- Fields of experience: Industry with demanding customersregardingquality and delivery; Sequencedin-line supply/Just in-time supply(SILS/JIT);Largeproduction equipment management (production programs, standard operating procedures creation, process improvements, process failures analysis);Lean manufacturing.
