Key Responsibilities
- Lead all sales strategies and revenue generation for group events, private dining, corporate buyouts, and VIP experiences. Sponsorship experience is a plus.
- Develop and manage key accounts within Philadelphia's corporate, entertainment, and hospitality sectors.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team as the business scales.
- Collaborate with marketing, nightlife programming, and food & beverage leadership to create compelling event offerings.
- Represent the venue at trade events, networking functions, and with high-profile prospects.
- Own your sales pipeline, forecasts, and results to drive success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment venues, or live events.
- Existing relationships and experience in the Philadelphia market are a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in high-volume, high-energy environments.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset think like an owner and operate with urgency.
- Comfortable working in a pre-opening, fast-paced environment where no two days are alike.
