As a Customer Service Representative at Texas Oncology, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our patients and their families have a positive and supportive experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting patients, families, and visitors in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries with care and efficiency.
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient records with attention to detail.
- Collaborating with the medical team to ensure seamless communication and service.
- Maintaining a welcoming and organized front desk environment.
