First Source Title is hiring a Client Support Manager to lead the client service and closing support team in our Pompano Beach office. If you know Florida title and closing work and you're ready to move from clearing files to leading the people who clear them, this is that step.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop the client support and closing coordination team set expectations, run regular one-on-ones, and handle scheduling, time off, reviews, and performance conversations
- Own the client experience from order intake through post-closing: keep lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers informed and ahead of surprises
- Keep files moving track commitments, curative items, payoffs, and closing packages against turn times, and step in personally on the ones at risk
- Resolve escalated client issues within SLA and explain the resolution clearly
- Review completed work for accuracy before it reaches the client or the closing table
- Partner with title, escrow, and post-closing to untangle complex files
- Find the bottlenecks and fix them update procedures, job aids, and training as processes change
- Report on team volume, turn times, and service levels
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years supervising or leading a team, ideally in title, escrow, or real estate closings
- Working knowledge of Florida title and closing processes
- Clear, calm communication in writing and on the phone with clients under deadline pressure
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through; you catch what others miss
- Comfortable in Word, Excel, and title production software, and quick to pick up new systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
What we offer
