You’ll gain hands-on experience while learning the daily activities and systems that successful agents use to build their business. Training and mentorship are available to help you avoid common early mistakes, stay consistent, and begin creating momentum.

No previous real estate experience is required. This is a strong fit for someone who communicates well, is coachable, enjoys working with people, and is ready to put consistent effort into building a long-term career.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying and connecting with potential clients to build a strong network.
  • Support experienced agents in conducting property showings and open houses.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Learn to prepare and present market analysis reports to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Engage in follow-up activities to maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Shadow experienced agents to gain insights into successful negotiation techniques and closing deals.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Proven track record of being proactive and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
  • Basic understanding of real estate principles and eagerness to expand knowledge in the field.
