FieldServiceSupervisor(FSS) is responsible for facilitating and overseeing theDirect Care Workers (DCW)who provide direct care services for our clients.FSSensured thatDCWsare trained on the client Plan of Care (POC)providinghigh quality and efficient health care and supportive services.FSSwill provideself-management goals and referrals to both internal and external resources. Responsible forthetraining, supporting andthedevelopment ofallFSS(s).The Field Supervisor is responsible to ensure that they review the EVV of DCWs to ensure that the tasks are complete and to monitor the clock in and clocking out of shifts.
