What’s a typical day as HR Investigator? You’ll be:
- Investigating workplace issues and complaints raised through internal company channels, including harassment and policy violations, while reporting to the HR Manager.
- Ensuring proper handling and disposition of cases involving both salaried and union-represented employees.
- Preparing, tracking, and maintaining appropriate investigation documentation, while managing employee data confidentially.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of experience conducting investigations, including interviewing and case management.
- Possess 2 or more years of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, with excellent typing skills for accurate documentation.
- Are flexible with your schedule, as the role may require working evening or weekend shifts to accommodate employee statements.
