Redefine Healthcare is looking for a dedicated, Full-time, Bilingual in English and Spanish Medical Assistant to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals in our Princeton Pain and Spine Institute Office. This office is well known for delivering compassionate and excellent interventional pain management care by all team members. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for supporting providers with patient care by preparing documentation, recording medical histories and vitals in the EHR, assisting with procedures, and managing clinical communications to ensure efficient and compassionate care delivery. This full-time role requires at least two years of experience, strong EHR skills, and a commitment to high-quality patient service in a fast-paced, multi-specialty practice. Job Title: Medical Assistant

Pay Rate: $20- 22/ hourdepending on specialty and experience

Hours:32-35 hours per week

Job Type: Full-time

Job Title Duties (not limited to):

  • Preparation of documentation required for patient appointments.
  • Use of EHR (documenting patient history, vitals, test results, exam findings, and plans as instructed by provider).
  • Order entry and submission (ePrescribing, labs and imaging studies, interventional procedures, etc.)
  • Assist with in-office injections.
  • Respond to patient calls and inquiries.
  • Respond to pharmacy refill inquiries.
  • Any and all other tasks as directed by providers.

Minimum Level of Education or Experience Required:

  • Certified Medical Assistant with minimum 2 years’ experience; Orthopedic experience a plus.
  • Solid working knowledge of EHR systems; Athena knowledge a plus.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology; musculoskeletal/neuro a plus.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
