Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, residents, and guests
- Assist withvisitor check-in and registration
- Answer and respond to incoming phone calls
- Provide general information and assistance
- Maintainconfidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment
Hours
Monday–Friday:11:00 AM–7:00 PM
Saturday:12:00 PM–8:00 PM
Sunday:2:00 PM–9:30 PM
Qualifications
- Customer service, receptionist, front desk, hospitality, or greeter experience preferred
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable answering phones and assisting visitors
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
