Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and inspect vehicles with accuracy
- Oversee all service operations and shop workflow
- Assign jobs and manage technician schedules
- Submit and track warranty claims
- Maintain shop organization, cleanliness, and inventory
- Monitor employee time management and productivity
- Communicate clearly with customers and ownership

Experience:
- Service technician: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- ASE A1 Engine Repair Certification (Required)
- ASE A4 Suspension & Steering Certification (Required)
- ASE A5 Brakes Certification (Required)
- ASE A3 Manual Drive Train & Axles Certification (Required)
