Job Title: Senior Project Controls Manager
Location: Remote / Onsite

Anticipated Salary Range: $124,000 - $166,000, Negotiable

In this highly collaborative leadership role, you will guide the project controls processes that support the financial and schedule performance of construction projects and operating group activities. Working alongside project teams, executives, corporate leaders, and project controls professionals, you will turn complex cost, schedule, productivity, and forecasting data into clear insights that help teams anticipate challenges, make informed decisions, and improve project outcomes. You will also coach and develop project controls personnel, strengthen consistent processes across the business, and build trusted partnerships from the project site to the executive level.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $124,000 – 166,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Controls, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least seven years of related construction project controls experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction project controls principles and project management processes.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret cost, schedule, productivity, forecasting, and operational information.
  • Experience leading people, setting clear expectations, developing talent, and building accountability.
  • Ability to simplify complex information and communicate effectively with project teams, operating group executives, and corporate leadership.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and project management systems.
  • Ability to work in office and construction-site environments and travel regularly as required.
  • A valid driver’s license may be required, along with participation in applicable Motor Vehicle Records checks.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Experience supporting multiple projects, offices, or operating groups.
  • Knowledge of earned value reporting, production management planning, cost forecasting, and multiple construction contract structures.
