CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

In this role, you will help our clients understand their coverage, handle their day-to-day requests, and ensure that every interaction leaves them feeling a little more confident and secure. Answering incoming calls and addressing client inquiries with a smile and helpful spirit.

Processing policy payments and assisting clients with their billing questions.

Updating client account details to ensure all records remain accurate and current.

Serving as the first point of contact for folks who need help navigating their insurance coverage.

Working alongside our local agents to gather documentation for new policies or renewals.

Maintaining a neat and welcoming office atmosphere for every visitor who walks through our door.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong comfort level with basic computer software and email systems.

Clear and patient communication skills, especially over the phone.

Reliable and punctual for scheduled office hours.

Prior experience in a customer-facing role is helpful, but not required if you have a great attitude.

Interest in learning the insurance industry and obtaining a state license in the future.
