Field Service Technician
Service One is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our dedicated Service Team. In this role, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide variety of commercial restaurant equipment, ensuring our client's kitchens operate at peak efficiency.
Compensation: Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) plus premium overtime pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in diverse commercial restaurant equipment.
- Execute scheduled preventative maintenance procedures to ensure equipment longevity.
- Manage and complete digital work orders with efficiency and precision.
- Respond promptly to urgent emergency service calls as required.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong electrical troubleshooting knowledge (required).
- Proven experience in equipment repair, maintenance, and installation techniques.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- High integrity, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and job site.
- Flexibility to work paid overtime for emergency and peak-demand calls.
Preferred Skills (Plus Factors):
- Working knowledge of commercial plumbing systems.
- Basic understanding or experience with commercial HVAC systems.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Valid US Work Authorization (Required)
