- Proven success managing large-scale healthcareconstructionprojectsforhospitals,medicalofficebuildings,outpatientcenters,surgicalfacilities,orspecialtyhealthcareenvironments.
- Strongunderstandingofhealthcareconstructionregulations,infectioncontrolrequirements,phasing,andoccupied-renovationenvironments.
- Demonstratedabilitytomanageprojectfinancials,operations,andclientrelationships.
- Excellentleadership,communication,andteam-buildingskills.
- Bachelor'sdegreeinConstructionManagement,Engineering,orarelatedfieldpreferred.
