What You'll Do

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining our facility and equipment while ensuring a safe and productive work environment. Your responsibilities include:

  • Safely operate forklifts and manlifts.
  • Perform light electrical repairs and basic plumbing maintenance.
  • Complete painting, building repairs, and general facility maintenance projects.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on facility equipment.
  • Use hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance and repair work.
  • Lift, move, and install heavy equipment and materials safely.
  • Work from ladders and elevated platforms while following all safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Work independently, prioritize daily maintenance tasks, and communicate progress with supervisors.
  • Assist with additional maintenance projects and duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in industrial or facility maintenance preferred.
  • Working knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
  • Experience safely using hand tools and power tools.
  • Forklift and manlift experience preferred (or willingness to become certified).
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding work.
  • Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
