Server

A server must:

Be courteous and have a good attitude while interacting with customers

Have good conversation skills

Be able to multi-task in a high volume environment, this means taking orders and expiditng orders

Be knowledgeable of the food and bar menus so he or she knows how to properly sell a given item

Have good communication skills, remember, this is a team environment
