Screen Printing Machine Operator

The Press Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining printing presses to ensure high-quality printed materials. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to monitor production processes efficiently to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up printing presses according to job specifications.
• Operate presses safely and efficiently during production runs.
• Monitor printing quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate production logs and ability to read all documentation.

Requirements

• Knowledge in running an M&R automatic screen printing press is REQUIRED.
• • Taping screens, setting up a press, loading shirts, and printing all a requirement
  • Quality control experience required and high attention to detail
  • Setting up and registering print jobs
  • Knowledge and experience in mixing of inks
• Experience in a screen printing shop a must, no less than 4 years on press experience
• Punctual- MUST arrive on time, be at work everyday (7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 2:00pm Friday)
• Ability to multi-task is preferred
