Compensation:

$49,000 - $67,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting buildings based on their requirements.

• Showcase ready-to-sell buildings and custom designs.

• Provide detailed product information, features, and benefits to customers.

• Answer inquiries regarding pricing, delivery, installation, and product specifications.

• Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication.

• Generate leads through prospecting and networking.

• Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.

• Maintain a clean and organized lot and sales office appearance.

• Participate in ongoing sales training and weekly sales meetings.

Qualifications:

• Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car
• Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
• Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
