Position: Warehouse Manager

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods. This role will lead warehouse and shipping operations while ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective material movement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage receiving, storage, inventory, shipping, and distribution operations.
- Supervise warehouse and shipping employees and daily facility operations.
- Develop and maintain supply chain strategies and operational goals.
- Ensure accurate inventory control and accountability for materials and finished goods.
- Optimize personnel, equipment, safety, productivity, and warehouse processes.
- Coordinate timely shipment of finished products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of shipping and warehouse management experience preferred.
- Experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems.
- Knowledge of MS Office and other computer applications.
- Experience in heavy industrial, manufacturing, agricultural equipment, or farming environments preferred.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
