RN – Cardiac Telemetry Med-Surg

Shift: Days or Nights | Rotating Weekends
Pay:$29.00–$43.00/hr, based on experience
Night Differential: +$4.25/hr
Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus:$15,000 Days | $25,000 Nights
Relocation: Case-by-Case
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Acute Care RN experience within the last 4 years
- Candidates with 3+ years RN experience and a Compact License may be considered
- Associate Degree required
- Active Florida RN license or approved Multistate/Compact RN license
- BLS – within 30 days of start
- ACLS – within 90 days of start
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to Cardiac Telemetry and Med-Surg patients
- Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor changes in patient condition
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Perform nursing procedures and accurately document patient care
- Educate patients and families regarding conditions, medications, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Advocate for patients and promote safety, quality care, and patient satisfaction
- Manage a patient assignment effectively in a fast-paced acute-care environment
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards
Compensation & Benefits:
- $29.00/hr with 2 years of experience
- $33.71/hr with 5 years of experience
- $43.00/hr with 17 years of experience
- +$4.25/hr Night Differential
- +$3.00/hr Weekend Differential
- $15,000 Day Shift Sign-On Bonus
- $25,000 Night Shift Sign-On Bonus
