Proverbs Place Childcare & Learning Center is seeking a mission-minded Director to lead daily operations, support staff, maintain VDOE licensing compliance, and foster a Christ-centered early learning environment. The ideal candidate is a retired school administrator or experienced educational leader with strong administrative, instructional, compliance, staff leadership, and family engagement experience.

Key responsibilities: include supervising staff, supporting Abeka curriculum implementation, managing daily operations, communicating with families, and maintaining a safe, welcoming, high-quality learning environment.
