As our Insurance Verification & Claims Filing Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Verifying patient insurance coverage and benefits.
• Filing insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner.
• Following up on claims to ensure prompt payment and resolution of any issues.
• Communicating with insurance providers and patients regarding coverage, claims, and billing inquiries.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all insurance-related activities.

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in insurance verification, claims filing, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with healthcare insurance processes and terminology.
