Location: Denver Metro
Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000/year
Schedule: Full Time No Weekends, No Late Nights

This isn’t your typical “management training” gig.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Learn day-to-day shop operations, from scheduling to customer communication.
  • Shadow experienced Service Managers. See how leadership really works in a high-performing shop.
  • Support the service team in ensuring workflow efficiency and repair quality.
  • Develop a deep understanding of automotive service processes and customer relations.
  • Collaborate with technicians and advisors to maintain an exceptional shop culture.
  • Help manage inventory, parts orders, and overall shop performance.
  • Uphold our commitment to doing the right thing, every time.

  • A strong communicator who knows how to lead and inspire a team.
  • Someone hungry to grow, learn, and take ownership of their career path.
  • Background or interest in the automotive world, you love cars and people.
  • Problem solver, not excuse maker.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and driven to win as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
