Description

  • Support project teams on a 60-acre ground-up retail development project
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and workflow systems
  • Coordinate subcontractor communications and project administration
  • Track schedules, project data, and construction progress using software tools
  • Collaborate with field and office teams to ensure efficient project delivery

Profile

A successful Field Engineer - Florida Retail Construction should have:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience as a Project Engineer or early-career Assistant Superintendent with a GC
  • Strong technical aptitude and confidence using construction software platforms
  • Excellent organisational skills with a data-driven approach to project management
  • Exposure to retail, grocery, distribution, or similar commercial projects preferred
