What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As our Spa Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. Your role will include:

• Oversee and provide day-to-day leadership to the spa team
• Create and adjust employee schedules as appointments and parties are booked
• Make sure appointments, parties, and scheduled shifts are properly staffed
• Remain on-site as needed to support the team and oversee operations
• Step in and perform spa services during day-spa appointments and parties as needed
• Assign team members to services and party responsibilities
• Help keep appointments and parties running smoothly and on time
• Make sure staff members follow Little Luxe Lounge’s service standards, policies, and procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and guest-ready environment
• Assist with training, coaching, and supporting spa team members
• Handle customer and staff concerns professionally
• Communicate staffing, scheduling, and operational concerns to the owner
• Monitor supplies and notify the owner when items need to be restocked

What We're Looking For: Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

At least 1 year experience

• Previous management, team-lead, hospitality, childcare, salon, spa, or event experience is preferred
• Comfortable working with children and creating a fun, positive environment
• Able and willing to perform Little Luxe Lounge spa services
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, professional, flexible, and able to take initiative
• Able to manage a changing schedule based on appointments and party bookings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have open weekend availability
