Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate

Reports to: Warehouse Manager / Operations Lead
Status: Full-Time

Roles & Responsibilities: This role is a hybrid between delivery, warehouse, and light production.

Expect to spend time in all areas.

Delivery (40–50%)

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to clients and event locations.
• Load and unload with careyour delivery is part of the show.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Complete routes on time and handle product with precision.

Warehouse Support (40–50%)

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming product and materials.
• Pull orders accurately and prepare outgoing shipments.
• Keep the warehouse clean, efficient, and safe.
• Support team members with setup and pack-down of equipment.

Light Assembly / Soldering (as needed)

• Use basic soldering skills to prep custom orders or repair cables and connectors.
• Follow clear instructions and diagrams (training available).
• Maintain quality and safety standards while working with tools.

Skills & Experience:

• Must be bilingual – fluent in both English and Spanish
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
• 1+ years in delivery, warehouse, or hands-on operations
• Basic electrical soldering experience (preferred, not required)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
