Business Development Representative

Headway ABA is seeking a part-time Business Development Representative in Charlotte, NC.

We are looking for someone with previous business development, outreach, or relationship-building experience who is comfortable connecting with schools, community organizations, and other potential referral sources throughout the Charlotte area.

Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain relationships with local schools and community organizations

* Conduct outreach by phone, email, and in person

* Identify new partnership and referral opportunities

* Follow up consistently with prospective partners

* Represent Headway ABA professionally within the Charlotte community

Qualifications:

* Previous business development, sales, outreach, or community relations experience

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

* Previous business development experience in the ABA field preferred

* Must be located in or around Charlotte, NC

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25–$35 per hour
