HIRING IMMEDIATELY Legal Associate Not Licensed (Medical Malpractice)

A team member had surgery that should not have been done and was left with serious, lasting injuries. We need one intern to take ownership: gather the facts, find a medical-malpractice attorney who will take the case, and push until it is filed.

You will:

  • Research the claim and organize medical records
  • Identify med-mal firms and get them on the phone
  • Present the case clearly so a licensed attorney takes it
  • Track deadlines and keep the process moving
