• Schedule service appointments efficiently based on customer needs
• Outbound Service appointment confirmations, reminders and campaign calls
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, wait times, and warranties
• Assist customers with inquiries and ensureseamless service experience
• Always maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
