We are looking for an experiencedResidential Maintenance Technicianto join our property management team.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- ?? A/C and HVAC
- Painting
- Sheetrock/drywall repair
- Apartment and residential unit turns
- General property maintenance and repairs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous residential maintenance experience required
- Strong experience withunit turns and preparing apartments for new tenants
- Must have yourown reliable vehicle
- Must have your own basic tools
- Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently
- Must be availableMonday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Must be available foremergency maintenance calls as needed
- Ability to respond quickly to urgent maintenance issues is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Completing apartment/unit turns
- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing and electrical issues
- A/C troubleshooting and basic repairs
- Painting and drywall repairs
- Completing maintenance work orders
- Preparing vacant units for move-in
- Responding to emergency maintenance situations
- Maintaining properties in a clean, safe, and move-in-ready condition
