General Laborer

HOODZ is hiring a General Laborer to support commercial service and maintenance work throughout the local area. This is a hands-on, field-based role for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a crew, traveling between job sites, and taking pride in completing quality work.

You'll help with cleaning, maintenance, repairs, equipment setup, and general labor needs at commercial locations. No two days are exactly the same, so this role is ideal for someone reliable, adaptable, and ready to learn.

• Travel to local job sites and assist with daily service work

• Perform hands-on cleaning, maintenance, and minor repair tasks

• Safely operate tools, equipment, and job-related materials

• Help keep job sites organized, safe, and ready for service

• Support the crew in completing quality work on schedule

• Experience in general labor, maintenance, repairs, or field service is a plus

• Required: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to local job sites

• Comfortable using basic tools, equipment, and ladders

• Able to lift heavy objects and perform physically active work

• Reliable, hardworking, and ready to learn and work as part of a team
