We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to provide mobile X-ray and EKG services at nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other patient care locations throughout the area.
Responsibilities
- Perform portable digital and computed radiography (DR/CR) exams.
- Obtain high-quality diagnostic X-ray images for physician-ordered studies.
- Transport and operate portable X-ray equipment at various facilities.
- Perform EKGs as needed.
- Submit/transmit images and EKGs for interpretation.
- Maintain accurate exam-related documentation and billing paperwork.
- Communicate with dispatch, management, healthcare staff, and patients.
- Maintain and safely operate mobile X-ray equipment and assigned vehicle.
Requirements
- ARRT certification required.
- Active Delaware or Maryland Radiologic Technologist license.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Limited licenses are not accepted.
- Ability to safely transport and operate portable X-ray equipment.
- COVID-19 vaccination required, or approved exemption with proper documentation.
