Job Summary:
Intellistars ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of exceptional professionals. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) care to children with Autism and other developmental disabilities in their homes. Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
• Conduct 1:1 sessions with clients, providing ABA-based interventions and skill-building activities
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and sessions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA
• Develop strong relationships with clients and families, promoting a warm and nurturing environment
Requirements:
• Must be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in the field of ABA (new graduates welcome to apply)
• Certificate of Completion in ABA from an accredited institution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
