1099 CARPENTER – CONSISTENT WORK – LACKAWANNA COUNTY

Established renovation company seeking an experienced 1099 Carpenter / Independent Contractor for consistent work throughout Lackawanna County and surrounding areas.

We have ongoing residential renovation and construction projects and are looking for a dependable carpenter interested in steady opportunities.

Requirements:

Carpentry/construction experience or formal trade training required

Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites

Must have your own basic hand tools

Must be able to work independently and alongside other subcontractors

Must be dependable and show up as agreed

Must be able to perform quality work with limited supervision

Experience with residential renovations strongly preferred

Typical Work Includes:

Framing, finish carpentry, doors and windows, trim, flooring, decks, stairs, kitchens, bathrooms, siding, drywall-related carpentry, and general residential renovation work.

Compensation:

Pay is determined by experience, skill level, productivity, and the type of work you are capable of performing. Higher compensation is available for experienced, well-rounded carpenters who can complete projects independently.

1099 Independent Contractor Position

This is not a temporary one-project opening. We are looking to establish a working relationship with the right carpenter for consistent, ongoing work.
