The year is almost over. Has your firm done enough to move your practice forward?
Think about the goals you set in January. The clients you wanted to reach. The capabilities you wanted to develop. The growth you expected from yourself and the firm behind you.
How much of that actually happened?
You have put in the work. But when you needed help winning a larger opportunity, navigating a complex case, or finding a better way to grow, did the support show up?
If your practice has outgrown the support around it, another year in the same environment deserves a closer look.
At TruOak Financial Partners, we want to understand where you feel held back and what it would take to change that.
Maybe you need experienced leaders who will work through opportunities with you. Maybe your clients need solutions beyond your current capabilities. Maybe you want more room to develop your own brand, build a team, or have a real voice in the direction of your practice.
Those are the conversations we want to have.
Based in Sandy Springs, TruOak gives financial professionals access to:
Leadership and joint work: Experienced professionals who can help you prepare for client conversations, work through complex cases, and strengthen your approach.
Broader capabilities: Resources across insurance, investments, retirement strategies, and advanced planning concepts to help you address more of your clients’ needs.
Practice development: Coaching and mentorship focused on business development, deeper client relationships, and sustainable growth.
Dedicated support: Planning, marketing, compliance, and recruiting resources to help you develop your practice.
Room to grow: Opportunities to build your brand, explore leadership, and develop a team with support around you.
More than 30 advisors have joined TruOak this year, including experienced professionals, team leaders, brokers, and independent practice owners. Many were looking for greater autonomy, stronger leadership, and a firm that would take an active interest in their success.
This hybrid opportunity also includes access to medical benefits, dental benefits, vision benefits, a 401(k), firm events, and performance celebrations. Qualifying advisors may participate in four agency-paid trips each year, including two international destinations.
You will be expected to prospect, build relationships, and take ownership of your results. You should also expect meaningful support from the firm you choose.
Before you commit another year, have a conversation about what could be different.
Tell us what you wanted to accomplish this year, where you felt held back, and what you need from your next firm.
