What You'll Do

• We believe in Warm Latin Hospitality, welcome every guest likethey’rewalking into your home

• Serve upthe best part of the guest experience –the culinary experience

• Follow our Service Steps as outlined

• Double check each dish at Expo foraccuracy, special requests, and timing

• Garnish and finish every plate before it leaves the kitchen, followingour recipe specs

• Move with purpose and positivity, staying calm and focused even when the restaurant is buzzing

• Ensurefood arrives promptly, presentedby seat numbers, and at the right temperature

• Maintain all Health and Sanitation Standards

• Keep a "never walk past a napkin on the floor" mentality

• Act as the link between the dining room and the kitchen, communicating effectively

• Work with Chef and the kitchentomaintaina clean, organized, and fully stocked expo area so the kitchen runs efficiently through every rush

• Quickly clean and turnover tables tomaintaindining room efficiency

• Handle glassware, silverware, and plateware with care

• Participate in pre-shifts,trainings, and team meetings because we grow together

• Work together with your teammates to keep the energy high and the service seamless at Rosa Mexicano, teamwork is always on the menu

Skills and Qualifications

• Guest Service Experience - 1 Year preferred

• Ability to multi-task while stayingorganized

• Ability to stand on your feet through a shift

• High School Degree or GEDrequired
