Blueprint Cafe in Newark, NJ is looking for a part-time Assistant Manager / Lead Barista to join our team! We’re located at 369 Raymond Blvd. Our ideal candidate is reliable, friendly, and passionate about coffee and great service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso drinks
• Support and oversee front-of-house operations
• Assist during busy hours to keep service running smoothly
• Train and support team members
• Delegate tasks and follow up as needed
• Maintain cleanliness, quality, and customer service standards
• Help with inventory and placing orders
• Follow proper cash handling procedures
• Help with scheduling and staff support
