Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical investigations
• Prepare proposals, reports, specifications, and cost estimates
• Meet with clients throughout design and construction
• Provide technical oversight and QA guidance
• Mentor, not manage, junior engineers and technical staff
• Support business development efforts
• Help grow the geotechnical practice

Candidate Must Have
Active Professional Engineer (PE) License
10–15+ years of Geotechnical Engineering experience
Proposal writing experience
Client-facing experience
Strong technical communication skills
Valid driver's license This is a senior leadership and succession hirenot an individual contributor role.
