2. POSITION OBJECTIVE

Turn sold Infrastructure work into an executable daily plan and lead it through safe, on-time, within-plan delivery, proactive customer communication, complete documentation, acceptance, and prompt invoice readiness.

3. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Infrastructure Systems Project Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·Lead the formal Sales Engineer-to-PM handoff; verifyjobscope, assumptions, exclusions, drawings, BOM, planned labor, commercial documents, and customer commitments.

·Conduct or assign pre-walks; identify site access, safety, logistics, outage, permitting, material, and coordination constraints.

·Build the project plan, milestones, technician assignments, material readiness, customer communication plan, and risk list before scheduling field work.

·Own the technicians' daily and weekly schedule within department priorities and capacity guardrails set by the Director.

·Assign a Lead Technician for multi-technician, remote, complex, or otherwise higher-coordination work.

·Require same-day field time, materials, photos, test results, issues, and status sufficient for another qualified technician to resume the work.

·Ensure commissioning, punch list, as-builts, customer training/acceptance, warranty information, and closeout requirements are complete.

·Confirm the Coordinator has what is needed to assemble an invoice-ready packet; remain accountable for project completeness even when the coordinator executes the records work.

·Coach technicians on preparation, communication, productivity, documentation, safety, and workmanship; provide documented performance input and participate with the Director in people decisions.

·Demonstrated project or operations leadership in a field-service, construction, technology, integration, or similar project-based environment.

·Strong people-management potential, organization, communication, detail orientation, and tenacity

·Ability to build schedules, manage dependencies, read scope and drawings, control change, communicate with customers, and use project/ticket systems consistently.

·Ability to understand planned labor, actual cost, margin risk, and forecast-to-complete sufficiently to escalate before a miss becomes unavoidable.

·Relevant Infrastructure or construction knowledge is preferred

·Driver’s licenses, travel, driving, on-call, and physical requirements

*General nature of job may involve office and warehouse work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, staging materials, pallet jack use, and forklift use if certified/authorized.
