Position: Carpenter
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Compensation:$20/hr-$30/hr Based on Experience
Responsibilities:
- Build and assemble structural frameworks.
- Interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials.
- Ensure structures are level and plumb.
- Follow safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals.
Qualifications:
- Experience in framing carpentry.
- Proficient with carpentry tools.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Strong math skills.
- Physically fit for lifting and working at heights.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Vocational training preferred.
- OSHA or safety certification may be required.
Work Environment:
- Primarily outdoors.
- Physically demanding.
