Sales Representative / Project Manager

·5+ years outside sales success to homeowners, contractors, golf course/athletic, and municipality clients for sod, turf, hardscape or landscape construction.

·Known by your peersas a self-motivated professional who excels in technical site visits, accurate estimating, and CRM discipline.

Your Rewards:

·Base salary of $55-$60K with commission to exceed $100-$150K first year

As Sales Representative / Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact coordinating dispatch, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution.

·Drive Growth:Identify and qualify new B2B and B2C opportunities, maintaining robust prospect pipeline.

·Technical Sales:Conduct site visits delivering accurate, professional bids and closing sales opportunities.

·Project Leadership:Manage project timelines, communicate site expectations to crews, and ensure quality.
