What You’ll Do

• Engage customers through in-person customer engagement in a retail setting
• Guide customers through wireless, smartphone, and connectivity solutions
• Open and activate new customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
• Build rapport and deliver a positive, solutions-focused customer experience
• Track sales activity and performance using company systems
• Stay current on products, promotions, and service offerings

• Retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus (not required)

Pay scale and Benefits:

• Pay range of $600-$1000 weekly.
• Commission: Performance-based commission for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Bonus: Performance bonus based on company profitability and individual contributions.
• Benefits: PTO. This position does not offer traditional benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, or retirement plans.
