Bookkeeper

Small non corporatw professional firm book keeping,payroll, payables etc. Work with local accounting firm that handles payroll. Enter deposits and reconcile with software, enter and pay bills, reconcile bank account and credit card statements. Prepare year end reports for the accountant using Quickbooks. Should have at least 3 years experience using Excel to calculate sales tax, use tax, prepare monthly and accounts receivable spreadsheet. Accounts payable are online,phone and check payments. Payroll is bi-weekly totals sent to accountant , tracking pay rates. This is a part -time position.
