School Bus Dispatcher / Operations Supervisor

George Dapper, Inc. is seeking an experienced, organized, and confident professional to join our transportation management team.

Responsibilities include:

•Daily dispatch of school bus drivers and vehicles

•Driver supervision and problem solving

•Route changes and schedule coordination

•Customer and school district communication

•Handling emergencies with professionalism and composure

•Supporting a safe, efficient transportation operation

The Ideal Candidate:

•Previous transportation, dispatch or logistics experience preferred

•Strong leadership and communication skills

•Excellent computer and organizational abilities

•Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

•Dependable, professional and a team player
