About the Role
We'reseeking a relationship-driven Strategic Accounts Manager to serve as a trusted advocate for healthcare systems, industrial clients, and other key customers. This role owns designated national accounts, focuses on deeply understanding each client's systems and needs, negotiates long-term agreements, and ensuresa high levelof customer satisfaction.

What You'll Own
National Account Management
Build and manage long-term relationships with assigned national accounts
Serve as the main point of contact, understanding each customer's business needs
Lead account plans and conduct regular account reviews
Maintain executive-level partnerships across customer organizations
Customer Relationship & Satisfaction Management
Build trust across customer organizations andanticipatetheir needs
Resolve issues in coordination with internal teams
Monitor satisfaction and ensuretimely, professional communication
Internal Coordination & Customer Advocacy
Act as the communication link between customers and internal teams
Coordinate execution across departments and support project handoff
Help ensure customer commitments are delivered on time
Account Growth & Renewals
Identify, develop, andsupportservice, maintenance, upgrade, repair, and modernization opportunities
Present tailored solutions to meet customer needs
Support contract renewals and represent Atreo at customer and industry events
Collaborate on strategic initiatives andmonitormarket/customer changes
Support forecasting and revenue planning
Reporting, CRM & Performance Management
MaintainaccurateCRM records, forecasts, account plans, and pipeline reporting
Trackclient performance history,renewals, opportunities, account performance, and strategic activity
What We're Looking For
Required:
Experience in strategic account management, national accounts, business development, customer advocacy, and customer service
Proventrack recordof serving as a client advocate, proactivelyidentifyingand addressing customer needs
Strong ability to learn and understand client-specific systems, processes, and operational workflows
Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to build trust at multiple levels of a client organization
Familiarity with CRM tools and account management best practices
Strong business insightandorganization ability
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
Self-motivated, strategic, organized, customer-focused, and results-oriented
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently andcollaboratively
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in account management, business development, service sales, or strategic customer management, orclient relationship/customer success
Industry experience in healthcare or industrial services
CRM experience
Strongnegotiation and growth planning skillsand forecasting ability

Base Salary:$60-$80k plus commission

Working Environment:Hybrid office and field-based role with significant customer interaction andapproximately30–50% travel, including nationwide and air travel as needed.
Physical Requirements:Ability to travel independently, visit customer and project sites, and sit, stand, walk, and use standard office equipment for extended periods.
