We are seeking a Customer Representative to join our team this is an on site role!You will be responsible forhelpingcustomers by providing product and service information and resolvingtechnical issues in store.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Handle customer enrollments
- Handle sales at kiosk
- Provideinformation about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolveproduct issues and concerns
- Document and updatecustomer records based oninteractions
- Develop and maintain a knowledgebase of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to work with customers in store
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
