Alert Rescue LLC is seeking an IT Division Manager to lead and grow the technology function that supports reliable operations across the organization.

Position Summary

The IT Division Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and performance of the organization’s IT strategy and services. This role leads day-to-day technology operations while guiding long-term improvements that enhance security, reliability, and user experience.

You will manage teams and vendors, establish operational standards, and ensure IT systems align with business priorities. The ideal candidate is an experienced technology leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving and strong stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the IT division by setting priorities, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery of IT initiatives and support services.

  • Oversee infrastructure, systems, and operational technology performance, including monitoring, incident response, and continuity planning.

  • Establish and enforce IT security practices, access controls, and governance to protect company data and systems.

  • Manage and develop IT team capabilities through coaching, performance management, and clear goal-setting.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to assess needs, improve processes, and support business-critical projects.

  • Must be a self starter and be able to build out the IT Division.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in IT leadership or management, with responsibility for technology operations and service delivery.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, systems administration, and IT operations practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage incidents, risks, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and align stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing IT governance, security programs, and compliance-related practices.

  • Background in vendor management and budgeting for technology services and projects.

  • Familiarity with modern operational practices for change management, documentation, and continuous improvement.

  • Experience scaling IT support and services as organizational needs grow.

Compensation

Annual salary: $140,000 - $200,000
