Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards
- Maintain speed and accuracy during busy service times
- Keep kitchen clean, stocked, and organized
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with prep work and cleaning during slower periods
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask quickly and efficiently
- Must stay calm and focused under pressure
- Willingness to clean and maintain the kitchen during downtime
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Dependable and punctual
- Weekend availability is mandatory
Preferred (but not required):
- Previous cooking or restaurant experience
- Breakfast experience is a plus
